Our contact form is delivered using Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service, which forwards your submission to our school email address. We do not store form submissions in our own database beyond our email inbox.
Our admissions and contact processes may involve information about prospective pupils (such as a child's grade level) provided to us by a parent or guardian. We only use this information to process admissions enquiries and do not publish it publicly.
We retain enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond to you and process any related admissions request, or until you ask us to delete it.
